The Mooloolaba Kayak Paddle Safari, with guide.
Explore and discover Mooloolaba’s waterways, by day or twilight with this Kayak Safari. This is a fun experience where our kayak guide will take you on a 90 minute journey, highlighting the amazing history and waterfront destinations along the river and canals.
A Kayak safari on Mooloolaba’s calm protected waterways lets you see things from a different perspective. Unwind after a busy week, relax and enjoy the myriad views Mooloolaba has to offer. Stop along the way for a chat and photo moment – it’s all part of the fun in this 90 minute guided tour.
You don’t have to be an experienced paddler to get out and discover our surroundings.
Our experienced kayak guide will give you an overview before you paddle off on this amazing guided kayaking adventure.
Your Day or Twilight guided kayak tour begins at our location behind Bridge Seafood Restaurant, in Mooloolaba. Travel past the mansions on Mooloolah Island, past the Mooloolaba Yacht Club and down to the commercial Fisheries area (fantastic at dusk!). On the way back we pass The famous Mooloolaba Wharf with its many restaurants and bars, and then make our way past the many anchored yachts in the area locals refer to as “the duck pond”.
By the time you have returned to the departure point you may have worked up an appetite which if you so wish, you can satisfy at one of Mooloolaba’s most established and well known seafood restaurants.
This is a fun tour suited to anyone with a reasonable degree of fitness and sense of adventure! Who knows, this might even wet your appetite for our other kayaking offerings such as kayak fishing, or our kayak hire!
