Sunshine Coast Afloat (Now Cavalier Cruises) is located within Tank Bathhouse, and operates from the Pontoon located at the rear of the premises at 209 Brisbane Road Mooloolaba Qld.

For a GPS use “Sunshine Coast Afloat” or “209 Brisbane Road Mooloolaba Qld”.    In iPhone Maps “Sunshine Coast Afloat” is far more accurate.

Please DO NOT park your car here on the service Road, but rather in the FREE public car-park next to the BP service station across the road. 

The location is the corner of Incana Court and Brisbane Road. This parking is free and unlimited in time, and only a 2 minute stroll (100m) from the departure point.

Once parked please wait near the top of the ramp until instructed by the skipper that it is safe to come down the ramp and board the vessel.

Our 1 hour Champagne River Cruise is without doubt, the ideal and most enjoyable way to start the day!

The Mooloolah river and canals of Minyama are a wonderful group of protected waterways, all flanked by multi million dollar homes, Water based operations such as the famous Wharf and Fisheries, as well as marina and beautifully maintained public parkland.

There simply isn’t a more relaxing and enjoyable way to spend some quality time with a loved one, friends or family than aboard our vessel Crusader 1 sailing around these waterways!

Ideal for individuals, couples and smaller groups looking to spend quality time together. All in a manner that is a bit different to the norm, and feels just maybe that little bit decadent when compared to “normal life”!

Have a drink and a catch-up as you sail past the amazing and luxurious properties that adorn the Mooloolah River, as well as viewing the Wharf, Marinas and public riverside parklands. You will gain a whole new appreciation of the area and really see it from a different perspective.

Your cruise is aboard Crusader 1, our large – 55 foot -, open deck vessel which allows full walk around access. We mention open deck as we know from our many years of experience that being inside an enclosed space is NOT want people want when being on board a boat!  Add to this that Crusader 1 has been extensively refurbished in 2021 to ensure she provides you with comfort and quality in every area, and you really start to understand that this is a special experience indeed!

• 2 on deck modern marine toilets for your use.
• Our modern marine (2000W) sound system will be gently playing background music to make sure the mood is perfect.
• Plenty of comfortable seating ranging from bean bags to lounges and more.
• A large centre table, surrounded by large soft covered seating pods, for those that want to bring some food with them to enjoy as well.
• The choice of lunchtime and twilight cruises.

This particular River Cruise does not run every day. As such the available trips do often out quickly. We strongly recommend booking early to avoid missing out!
